All of our press on nails are handmade to order, ensuring each set is crafted with care and precision, specifically to your chosen shape, length, and design. Because of this custom process, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and all sales are final - no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
We take great care to ensure every set is made with attention to detail and quality. However, if you receive your order and believe there is a fault or issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the problem. We’ll be happy to review your case and work toward a fair resolution.
